Booking Terms & Cancellations

As a small, appointment-based salon, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Balayage bookings now require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Please note: deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within two weeks of the appointment date.
